"Local" delivery means delivery by route carrier in or around the Durham, NC, US area and neighboring counties. No PO Boxes.

"Sales Tax" must be included for North Carolina orders outside of "Local" delivery. If "North Carolina" shipping is selected this will be automatically included at the current 7.75% rate, applicable to the issue cost. If you are ordering as a reseller and sales tax should not apply, see the information below.

"Gift" is the amount over the printing cost you'd like to contribute to BULL SPEC and the writers and artists who appear in a given issue. Some hints:

• The checkbox there means "suggested gift of $2.50 per issue" which should update along with quantity changes.
• The "0" link sets the gift to $0.
• The "-" link reduces the gift by $1.
• The "+" link raises the gift by $1.
• The "up arrow" rounds the gift up to the next even dollar amount.
• The "#" link lets you type in a gift amount (either "2" or "1.10" or "0.01" or whatever).

Known Issue: on iPhone (or iPod Touch) there is a delay in the fields totalling up, etc. All orders come back from Paypal to a confirmation screen before payment.
