After you receive BULL SPEC: If you hate it; let's talk about it and work out a refund (partial or full, as above) and (if a full refund) the passing on of your copy (local library donation, return at your expense, return at our expense, etc.). Please, no returns or refunds after 30 days.

PROCEDURE FOR RETURNS AND REFUNDS: Since right now the only order method is Paypal (we'll accept check or money orders soon; and are working on other payment gateways including order by phone) go ahead and "Dispute" the payment with the option "I did not receive an item I purchased or the item I received is significantly not as described." That will get the ball rolling and we'll get it taken care of to your satisfaction. (Full refund with order cancellation, or full or partial refund of the gift amount, etc.)
