"Local" is local delivery by courier route in and around Research Triangle Park, NC, zip 27709 and surrounding 20 miles or so. Mebane is too far; Hillsborough is stretching it unless it's really, really close to the highway or Durham. Outside the beltline east of Raleigh is pretty far, too. Someday...
"United States" applies to non-Local deliveries in North Carolina, as well as to Alaska and Hawaii.
